摘　　要：目的:分析基于改良早期预警评分系统(MEWS)的标准化急诊预检分诊模式在急性胸痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6—12月北京市顺义区医院收治的50例急性胸痛患者作为对照组,采用常规预检分诊模式;选取2024年1—6月收治的50例急性胸痛患者作为观察组,采用基于MEWS的标准化急诊预检分诊模式。对比两组患者急救时间、死亡率及不良事件发生率。结果:相较于对照组,观察组分诊评估时间、首次心电图检查结果获得时间、肌钙蛋白I检测结果获得时间、急诊科停留时间更短(P<0.001)。观察组死亡率低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于MEWS的标准化急诊预检分诊模式在急性胸痛患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效缩短急救时间,减少不良事件,降低死亡率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized emergency pre-examination triage mode based on modified early warning score system(MEWS)in patients with acute chest pain.Methods:A total of 50 patients with acute chest pain admitted to Beijing Shunyi Hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and the conventional pre-examination triage mode was adopted.A total of 50 patients with acute chest pain admitted from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the observation group,and the standardized emergency pre-examination triage mode based on MEWS was adopted.The emergency time,mortality rate and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter triage evaluation time,first electrocardiogram examination result acquisition time,troponin I detection result acquisition time,and emergency department stay time(P<0.05).The mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized emergency pre-examination triage mode based on MEWS has a significant effect in patients with acute chest pain,and can effectively shorten the emergency time,reduce adverse events and reduce mortality rate.
