摘　　要：目的:探讨对于神经源性膀胱患者采用针刺联合低频电刺激治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取66例神经源性膀胱患者作为研究对象,均为2023年1月—2024年6月徐州市康复医院收治,按随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(33例)与对照组(33例)。对照组采用常规针刺疗法,试验组在对照组基础上给予低频电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前后膀胱残余尿量、膀胱功能评分、肛门括约肌舒缩波幅、临床总有效率、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果:治疗后,两组膀胱残余尿量减少,膀胱功能评分降低,肛门括约肌舒缩波幅升高,且试验组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为90.9%,高于对照组(75.8%)(P=0.039)。两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验组患者满意度评分比对照组高(P=0.005)。结论:针刺联合低频电刺激治疗神经源性膀胱的临床效果显著,能够提高肛门括约肌力,改善患者膀胱功能,且安全性良好。Objective::To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods:A total of 66 patients with neurogenic bladder were enrolled in Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024,and the patients were divided into the experimental group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the experimental group was given low-frequency electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group.The bladder residual urine output,bladder function score,anal sphincter diastolic amplitude,total clinical effective rate,occurrence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the residual bladder urine output,bladder function score and anal sphincter relaxation amplitude increased in the two groups,and the improvement in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.9%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.8%)(P=0.039).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.005).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with lowfrequency electrical stimulation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of neurogenic bladder,and can improve anal sphincter strength,ameliorate bladder function and have good safety.
