摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室针对性护理在宫腔镜电切术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年11月于吉林大学中日联谊医院行宫腔镜电切术的患者74例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理干预。比较两组手术相关并发症发生率、围术期指标、护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症总发生率(2.70%)比对照组(13.51%)低(P=0.025)。观察组手术用时、住院时间比对照组短,术中失血量比对照组少,术后排气时间比对照组早(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(97.30%)高于对照组(81.08%)(P=0.012)。结论:手术室针对性护理在宫腔镜电切术患者中的应用效果较好,能够减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in operating room in patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrocision.Methods:A total of 74 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrocision at China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University between January 2022 and November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 37 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing in operating room,while the observation group received targeted nursing interventions on the basis of control group.The incidence of surgery-related complications,perioperative indicators,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.70%)was lower than that in the control group(13.51%)(P=0.025).The operation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative exhaust time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.30%)was higher than that in the control group(81.08%)(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application effect of targeted nursing in operating room in patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrocision is good,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,promote the recovery of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
