摘  要:目的:探讨程序化护理在健康管理中心护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院进行健康体检的39名体检者作为对照组,选取2023年1—12月进行健康体检的39名体检者作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施程序化护理。比较两组体检知识知晓率及满意度。结果:观察组体检知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。观察组体检环境、隐私保护、体检时效和服务态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:程序化护理在健康管理中心护理工作中的应用效果显著,能够提高体检者的体检知识知晓率和体检满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of programmed nursing in nursing service of health management center.Methods:A total of 39 physical examinees who underwent physical examination at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group.A total of 39 physical examinees who underwent physical examination from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received programmed nursing.The physical examination knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The awareness rate of physical examination knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).The scores of physical examination environment,privacy protection,physical examination efficiency and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of programmed nursing in nursing service of health management center is significant,which can improve the awareness rate of physical examination knowledge and physical examination satisfaction of physical examinees.
