多学科联合随访护理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多学科联合随访护理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年10月于南山区医疗集团总部接受治疗的帕金森病患者72例进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组开展常规随访护理,观察组开展多学科联合随访护理。对比两组服药依从性、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:干预前,两组Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)、帕金森病睡眠障碍量表(PDSS)、帕金森病患者生活质量量表(PDQ-39)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组MMAS-8评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组PDSS、PDQ-39评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多学科联合随访护理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者的治疗依从性,改善其生活质量和睡眠质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary joint follow-up nursing in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in Nanshan Medical Group HQ from June 2023 to October 2024 were selected in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group conducted routine follow-up nursing care and the observation group conducted multidisciplinary joint follow-up nursing care.The medication compliance,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of eight-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8),Parkinson's Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS)and Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the MMAS-8 scores in two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PDSS and PDQ-39 in two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multidisciplinary joint follow-up nursing in patients with Parkinson's disease is good,which can improve the treatment compliance,ameliorate their quality of life and sleep quality.
