耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后便秘患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后便秘患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的结直肠癌术后便秘患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组排便频率、费力感、疼痛、不净感评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.023)。护理后,两组肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌菌群数量增加,且观察组多于对照组(P<0.05);两组酵母样真菌群数量减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷在结直肠癌术后便秘患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者便秘症状,调节肠道菌群,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of bean compression at ear acupoint combined with acupoint application in the care for constipation patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with constipation after colorectal cancer surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,and the observation group received acupoint application and bean compression at ear acupoint on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the defecation frequency,exertion sense,pain and incomplete defecation scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.023).After nursing,the number of Enterobacteria,Enterococci,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacterial flora in the two groups increased,and the number in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of yeast-like fungi in the two groups decreased,and the number in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of bean compression at ear acupoint combined with acupoint application in the care for constipation patients after colorectal cancer surgery is significant,which can improve the symptoms of constipation,regulate the intestinal flora,and improve nursing satisfaction.
