认知行为干预在腱鞘囊肿患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析认知行为干预在腱鞘囊肿患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2024年2月毕节市大方县双山镇卫生院收治的68例腱鞘囊肿患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施认知行为干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组病因、危害、治疗方法、预防复发方法评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组饮食控制、运动锻炼、用药及自我保护评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,观察组复发率低于对照组(P=0.046)。结论:认知行为干预在腱鞘囊肿患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者认知及行为水平,减轻疼痛,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with thecal cysts.Methods:A total of 68 patients with thecal cysts admitted to Bijie City Dafang County Shuangshan Town Health Center from March 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using lottery method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented cognitive behavioral intervention.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of disease cause,hazard,treatment methods and recurrence prevention methods in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of diet control,exercise,medication and self-protection in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with thecal cysts has a significant effect,which can improve the cognitive and behavioral levels of patients,relieve the pain,and reduce the recurrence rate.
