手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年6月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间早于对照组(P<0.001)。建立气腹后10 min,观察组心率低于对照组,体温、血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05);手术结束时,观察组心率、体温低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,促进术后康复,减轻应激反应,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing path in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic myo⁃mectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented nursing path in operating room.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The opera⁃tion time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first exhaust time and first ambulation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.001).At 10 min after the establishment of pneumoperito⁃neum,the heart rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the body temperature and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the surgery,the heart rate and body temperature in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application of the nursing path in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy has significant effects,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraop⁃erative blood loss,promote postoperative rehabilitation,relieve stress response,and reduce the incidence of complications.
