摘　　要：目的探讨汉族育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者Ferriman-Gallwey(mFG)相关9部位终毛分布特点,为PCOS患者高雄评估提供便捷途径。方法回顾性分析自2019年1月至2022年12月在东莞市妇幼保健院诊断为PCOS的100例患者的上唇、颏、胸部、上背、下背、上腹、下腹、上臂、大腿9个激素相关部位的终毛分布情况,并按照改良的mFG体毛评价方法进行研究并分析。结果①PCOS患者的mFG评分呈偏态分布,mFG评分>0分61例(61%),>1分44例(44%),>2分35例(35%),>3分25例(25%),>4分的有16例(16%);②9部位终毛出现的频率高低分别是上唇(43%)、胸部(37%)、下腹(28%)、大腿(27%)、上背(10%)、下背(6%)、颏(5%)、上臂(5%)、上腹(2%);③上唇和胸部、上唇和下腹、上唇和大腿mFG评分的相关系数分别是0.263、0.315、0.280,胸部和下腹、胸部和大腿、下腹和大腿评分mFG评分的相关系数分别是0.425、0.557、0.596,相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①育龄期汉族PCOS女性胸部终毛检出率高;②上唇、胸部、下腹、大腿是PCOS患者mFG终毛出现的主要部位;③胸部、下腹、大腿是终毛评分呈高度的相关性;④上唇、胸部、下腹可作为简化的mFG评分组合。Objective To investigate the characteristics of terminal hair distribution at nine sites related to Modified Ferriman-Gallwey(mFG)Scoring System in Chinese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of Reproductive age,and to provide a convenient way for the evaluation of PCOS patients in hyperandrogenism.Methods A total of 100 patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome in Han women of childbearing age from DongGuan Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.The distribution of terminal hair in 9 hormone-related areas including the upper lip,chin,chest,upper back,lower back,upper abdomen,lower,upper arm,and thigh was investigated and analyzed according to the modified Ferriman-Gallwey(mFG)hirsutism evaluation method.Results①The mFG scores of PCOS patients were skewed.There were 61 cases(61%)with mFG scores>0,44 cases(44%)>1,35 cases(35%)>2,25 cases(25%)>3,and 16 cases(16%)>4.②The frequency distribution of terminal hair growth across nine hormone-related sites in descending order were:upper lip(43%),chest(37%),lower abdomen(28%),thighs(27%),upper back(10%),lower back(6%),chin(5%),upper arms(5%),and upper abdomen(2%).③The correlation coefficients between the upper lip and chest,upper lip and lower abdomen,upper lip and thigh for mFG scores were 0.263,0.315,and 0.280,respectively.The correlation coefficients between chest and lower abdomen,chest and thigh,lower abdomen and thigh for mFG scores were 0.425,0.557,and 0.596,respectively.All these correlations showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions①Reproductive age of Han Chinese women with PCOS exhibited a high prevalence of terminal hair detection on the chest.②The upper lip,chest,lower abdomen,and thighs were the primary sites for terminal hair manifestation in PCOS patients based on the mFG scoring system.③Significant correlations existed in terminal hair scores among the chest,lower abdomen,and thigh regions.④A simplified mFG scoring combination could focus on the upper lip,chest,and lower abdome
