药学服务干预在促进患者合理用药实践中的实施效果评估

摘　　要：目的探究药学服务干预在促进患者合理用药实践中的实施效果。方法选取北京市通州区台湖镇次渠社区卫生服务中2023年1月至2024年1月收治的药物治疗患者150例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(75例,实施药学服务干预)和对照组(75例,基础用药指导)。对比两组患者的不合理用药发生率、患者满意度、相关知识知晓率、用药依从性。结果观察组不合理用药发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;患者满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组疾病、服药、健康知识知晓率均高于对照组,P<0.05;干预后,观察组用药依从性高于对照组,P<0.05。结论药学服务干预可以促进患者合理用药,提升患者相关知识知晓率、依从性及其满意度。Objective To explore the implementation effect of pharmaceutical service interventions in promoting rational medication practices among patients.Methods A total of 150 patients treated with drugs in Ciqu Community Health Service Center,Taihu Town,Tongzhou District,Beijing from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(75 cases,pharmaceutical care intervention)and control group(75 cases,basic drug guidance)according to random number table method.The incidence of irrational drug use,patient satisfaction,knowledge awareness and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in observation group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05,The satisfaction of patients was higher than that of control group,P<0.05,The rates of disease,medication and health knowledge in observation group were higher than those in control group,P<0.05.After intervention,the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions Pharmaceutical care intervention can promote rational drug use,improve patients’awareness of relevant knowledge,compliance and satisfaction.
