摘 要:目的探讨药学干预在喹诺酮类抗菌药物临床合理用药中的价值。方法选择2023年1月至2024年9月西安宝石花长庆医院合理用药平台监测喹诺酮类药物使用者138例。按照是否接受药学干预指导分为两组,其中观察组68例,对照组70例。对照组使用喹诺酮时采取经验用药管理,观察组在使用喹诺酮时均经过药学干预。比较两组医务人员对喹诺酮类抗生素主观认知水平,统计两组合理用药率、喹诺酮类耐药率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组医务人员对喹诺酮类抗生素主观认知参数中药物性质、用药方式、配伍禁忌和用药安全得分,以及合理用药率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组喹诺酮耐药率及用药后不良反应的总发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论药学干预可显著提高医务人员使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的主观认知,从而提高临床合理用药率,降低喹诺酮耐药率发生以及使用喹诺酮后的不良反应。Objective To explore the value of pharmaceutical intervention in clinical rational use of quinolones.Methods A total of 138 cases of quinolones users from January 2023 to September 2024 were monitored by the platform of rational drug use in Gem Flower Xi’an Changqing StaffHospital.They were divided into two groups according to whether they received pharmaceutical intervention guidance or not,including 68 cases in the observation group and 70 cases in the control group.The control group adopted empirical medication management when using quinolones,while the observation group all underwent pharmaceutical intervention when using quinolones.The subjective cognition level of medical staffon quinolones was compared between the two groups,and the rational drug use rate,quinolones resistance rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were counted.Results The subjective cognitive parameters of quinolone antibiotics among medical staffin the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of drug properties,dosing modes,contraindications and safety of dosing scores,as well as the rate of rational dosing(all P<0.05).And the rates of quinolone resistance and the total incidence of post-dose adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Pharmaceutical intervention can significantly improve the subjective cognition of medical staffin using quinolones,thus improving the clinical rational drug use rate and reducing the occurrence of quinolones resistance rate and adverse reactions after using quinolones.
