阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂用于非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察非淋菌性宫颈炎患者采取阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗的临床治疗效果。方法本文采取对比研究方式,选取100例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,患者收集时间为2020年3月至2024年3月。按照随机数表法,将100例患者分为两组,各组50例。阿奇霉素治疗用于对照组,阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗用于观察组。观察患者临床症状缓解时间、满意度、炎症指标和舒适度情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组创面愈合、阴道分泌物正常、尿急、尿痛消失、下腹不适感消失时间均更短,但满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组白细胞介素2、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子α,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗方案在临床中能够缓解患者临床症状,有利于降低炎症指标,提高患者治疗满意度以及舒适度。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of azithromycin and vaginal suppository in patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods In this study,100 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis were selected as research objects in a comparative study,and the collection time of patients was from March 2020 to March 2024.According to the method of random number table,100 patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Azithromycin was used in the control group,and azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository was used in the observation group.Clinical symptom relief time,satisfaction,inflammation index and comfort level were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the time of wound healing,normal vaginal secretions,urgent urination,pain in urine and lower abdominal discomfort in the observation group was shorter,but the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Interleukin-2,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere compared between the two groups,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The comfort scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory indicators,and improve patient satisfaction and comfort.
