系统用药指导对糖尿病患者用药安全及效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在糖尿病患者中使用系统用药指导对患者用药安全和治疗效果的影响。方法在2022年3月至2024年7月,将88例在顺昌县双溪街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的糖尿病患者作为研究样本,在随机数字表法的干预下分为两组,每组44例,对照组遵照医嘱用药,研究组接受系统用药指导。比较两组的用药依从性[用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)],比较两组干预前和干预后的血糖控制情况(餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖)、糖尿病控制情况[糖尿病控制状况评价量表(CSSD70)]、生存质量[糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表(DSQL)],比较两组的不良反应(腹泻、低血糖、酮症酸中毒)发生情况。结果干预后,研究组MMAS-8评分、CSSD70评分均较对照组更高(均P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平,DSQL评分以及不良反应发生率均较对照组更低(均P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中使用系统用药指导,可能提升其用药依从性,改善血糖控制,增强糖尿病管理效果,提高生活质量,并减少药物不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of systematic medication guidance on medication safety and treatment effect in patients with diabetes.Methods From March 2022 to July 2024,88 diabetic patients treated at the Shunchang County Shuangxi Street Community Health Service Center were taken as research samples and divided into two groups of 44 cases each by the random number table method.The control group received medication,while the study group got systematic medication guidance.The study compared medication compliance(using MMAS-8),blood glucose control(2-hour postprandial and fasting glucose),diabetes control(CSSD70),quality of life(DSQL),and adverse reaction(diarrhoea,hypoglycaemia,ketoacidosis)rates between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the MMAS-8 score and CSSD70 score were higher in the study group than in the control group(both P<0.05).After the intervention,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels,DSQL scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of systematic medication guidance among diabetic patients may enhance their medication compliance,enhance blood glucose control,strengthen diabetes management,improve quality of life,and reduce adverse drug reactions.
