药学干预某医院一类切口抗菌药物预防使用情况效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究药学干预一类切口抗菌药物预防使用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月福建省霞浦县中医院行一类切口的患者714例,根据有无实施药学干预对两组患者进行分组,将2021年1月至2022年6月244例设为未干预组,2022年7月至2023年12月470例设为干预组,分析对比两组预防用抗菌药物比例、用药时机(术前0.5~2 h预防使用抗菌药物)、用药疗程、品种选择合理率等指标。结果两组抗菌药物预防使用时机、使用疗程、品种选择合理率等方面均存在差别,干预组均高于未干预组(P<0.05)。结论一类切口患者,在抗菌药物使用中进行药学干预效果显著,可以有效预防药物使用不合理的情况出现,提高抗菌药物的使用合理率。Objective To explore the prophylactic effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the use of antibacterial agents for class I incisions in our hospital.Methods A total of 714 patients withfirst-class incision in Xiapu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and the two groups of patients were divided according to whether pharmaceutical intervention was implemented.244 cases from January 2021 to June 2022 were classified as the non-intervention group,and 470 cases from July 2022 to December 2023 were classified as the intervention group.The proportion of prophylactic antimicrobials,timing of administration(0.5 to 2 hours before prophylactic use of antimicrobials),duration of medication,rational rate of variety selection and other indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results There were differences between the two groups in the timing of antimicrobial prophylactic use,the course of use and the rational rate of variety selection,and the intervention group were higher than the non-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of pharmaceutical intervention in the use of antibiotics is significant in patients with a type I incision,which can effectively prevent the irrational use of drugs and improve the rational rate of use of antibiotics.
