刮痧联合射干麻黄汤对感染后咳嗽风寒恋肺证患者症状积分及气道炎症介质的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨刮痧联合射干麻黄汤在感染后咳嗽(PIC)风寒恋肺证患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月至2024年3月淄博市周村区妇幼保健院收治的80例PIC风寒恋肺证患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(射干麻黄汤治疗)、观察组(射干麻黄汤联合刮痧治疗),各40例。对比两组症状积分、气道炎症介质[P物质(SP)、神经激肽(NKA)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)]、临床症状消退时间以及生活质量[莱切斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)]。持续治疗2周。结果观察组治疗后日间、夜间咳嗽症状积分,以及SP、NKA、IL-8指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组气喘、咽痒、咳嗽等症状消失时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后LCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刮痧联合射干麻黄汤在PIC风寒恋肺证患者中具有较好的应用效果,可有效减轻患者临床症状,缩短临床症状消退时间,减轻气道炎症,提升生活质量。Objective Exploring the application effect of guasha combined with shegan mahuang decoction in patients with post infection cough(PIC)wind cold lung syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with PIC wind cold lung syndrome admitted to Zhoucun District Maternal and Child Health-care Hospital of Zibo City from October 2021 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(treated with Shegan Mahuang Tang)and an observation group(treated with Guasha and Shegan Mahuang Tang),with 40 patients in each group.Compare the symptom scores,airway inflammatory mediators[substance P(SP),neurokinin(NKA),interleukin-8(IL-8)],clinical symptom resolution time,and quality of life between two groups using the Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ).Continue treatment for 2 weeks.Results The observation group’s daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores,as well as the levels of SP,NKA,and IL-8 indexes were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as shortness of breath,tickling of the throat,and cough in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(both P<0.05).The LCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Guasha and Shegan Mahuang Tang has a good application effect in patients with PIC wind cold lung syndrome,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,shorten the time for clinical symptom resolution,reduce airway inflammation,and improve quality of life.
