丹参注射液与美托洛尔联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液与美托洛尔联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法2023年9月至2024年8月,选取此期间82例于商河县中医医院进行治疗的患有冠心病心绞痛的患者进行研究。按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,均41例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,研究组在此基础上联用丹参注射液。比较两组患者的疗效、血管内皮功能指标(内皮素1、一氧化氮)、用药安全性。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.12%,较对照组的78.05%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组内皮素1水平较研究组高,一氧化氮水平较研究组低(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(9.76%vs.4.88%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液与美托洛尔联合治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效较高,能够对患者的血管内皮功能起到显著的改善效果,其应用的安全性也较为理想。Objective To explore the Danshen injection combined with metoprolol effection in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.Methods From September 2023 to August 2024,selected 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina who visited Shanghe county traditional chinese medicine hospital during this period.The patients were random number table divided into a study group and a control group of all 41 cases.The control group was treated with metoprolol,while the study group received a combination of Danshen injection on this basis.Compare the efficacy,endothelial function indicators(endothelin-1,nitric oxide),and medication safety between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).The endothelin 1 level was lower and the nitric oxide level was higher in the study group than in the control group after treatment(both P<0.05).To compare the adverse reactions incidence between two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of Danshen injection and metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary artery disease has high efficacy,can play a significant improvement effect on the endothelial function of the patient’s blood vessels,and the safety of its application is more ideal.
