摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉医生和麻醉护士一体化管理模式对胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者苏醒质量及预后的影响。方法将2022年6月至2023年6月收治的122例肺癌招募至研究中,均于接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治术,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用麻醉医生和麻醉护士一体化管理模式。比较2组术前和苏醒期的生命体征、苏醒质量及认知功能差异,并统计不良事件发生率。结果观察组苏醒期的SBP、DBP和HR值低于对照组,苏醒质量(舒适度、意识状态)、MoCA评分、MMSE评分和护理满意度更高(均P<0.05),且其术后不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论麻醉医生和麻醉护士一体化管理模式可有效提高胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者的苏醒质量,改善认识功能和预后质量,满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of the integrated management mode of anesthesiologists and anesthesia nurses on the awakening quality and prognosis of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancers.Methods A total of 122 lung cancer patients treated with thoracoscopic radical surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing,n=61)and observation group(integrated management mode of anesthesiologists and anesthesia nurses,n=61).Vital signs,awakening quality and cognitive function between groups before and during the awakening period were compared,and the incidence of adverse events was counted.Results Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The quality of awakening(comfort and consciousness),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated management mode of anesthesiologists and anesthesia nurses can effectively improve the awakening quality,cognitive function and prognosis quality of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer,with a high satisfaction.
