摘　　要：膝关节炎是中老年人常见的退行性疾病,以膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动障碍为主要临床表现,尚无治愈方法,主要给予阶梯化对症治疗,延缓疾病的进展,其中关节腔内药物注射在早期扮演重要角色,既往应用最多是药物玻璃酸钠、糖皮质激素,近年来富含血小板血浆、干细胞疗法甚至联合治疗应用越广,本文主要总结近年关节腔内注射用药临床应用的新进展,重点介绍药物种类,供临床参考。Knee arthritis is a common degenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people,commonly manifested as knee joint pain,swelling,and mobility disorders.There lacks cure approaches.Currently,a tiered symptomatic treatment is mainly given to delay the progression of knee arthritis.Intra-articular drug injection plays an important role in the early stage of knee arthritis,and the most commonly used drugs in the past were sodium hyaluronate and glucocorticoids.In recent years,platelet-rich plasma,stem cell therapy and combination therapy are becoming increasingly concerned.This article mainly summarized the latest progress in the clinical application of intra-articular injection drugs for treating knee arthritis,with a focus on introducing the types of drugs for clinical references.
