摘　　要：目的调查髋关节置换术患者院外运动康复训练依从性影响因素,分析随访管理对策。方法以随机抽样法,抽取2022年1月至2023年1月接受髋关节置换术患者118例,进行院外运动康复训练依从性调查,根据患者依从性得分分为高依从组和低依从组。采用单因素分析及Logistic回归分析影响患者院外运动康复训练依从性影响因素。结果调查结果显示:总得分>34分者68例,得分≤34分者50例,分别纳入高依从组(n=68)和低依从组(n=50)。2组患者年龄≥60岁、受教育程度、家属照顾、运动恐惧评分和社会支持水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示受教育程度、家属照顾、运动恐惧评分及社会支持水平是髋关节置换术患者院外运动康复训练依从性重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论针对受教育程度较低、无家属照顾、运动恐惧评分及社会支持评分较高患者是影响髋关节置换术患者院外运动康复训练依从性的重要因素,随访管理应给予更多关注。Objective To investigate the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise rehabilitation training in patients undergoing hip replacement,thus analyzing follow-up management strategies.Methods A total of 118 patients undergoing hip replacement visited our hospital between January 2022 and January 2023 were enrolled by random sampling method,an investigation for the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise rehabilitation training was performed in the patients.According to compliance scores,patients were divided into high compliance group and low compliance group.The influencing factors of out-of-hospital exercise rehabilitation training compliance were analyzed by univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results The investigation results showed that there were 68 cases in high compliance group(total score>34 points)and 50 cases in low compliance group(total score≤34 points).There were significant differences in age(≥60 year),education level,family care,score of exercise fear and social support level between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,family care,score of exercise fear and social support level were important influencing factors for the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise rehabilitation training in patients undergoing hip replacement(P<0.05).Conclusion Low education level,no family care,high scores of exercise fear and social support are important influencing factors for the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise rehabilitation training in patients undergoing hip replacement,and follow-up management should be paid more attentions.
