摘　　要：目的分析围产期女性发生抑郁现状与婚姻质量的关系。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月围产期女性273例为调查对象,根据抑郁状况报告分为对照组和观察组;分析围产期女性发生抑郁现状与婚姻质量的关系:伴侣支持的中介作用。结果观察组意外受孕、意外流产、严重孕吐、养育压力、母胎依恋、婚姻质量较差、无伴侣支持、无家庭陪伴比例高于对照组(P<0.05);以发生抑郁现状为因变量,选择单因素分析中P<0.05的变量进行多元逐步回归分析。意外受孕、意外流产、严重孕吐、养育压力、母胎依恋、婚姻质量较差、无伴侣支持、无家庭陪伴是导致围产期女性发生抑郁并影响婚姻质量的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论围产期女性发生抑郁现状与婚姻质量及伴侣支持有着密不可分的关系,抑郁现状情绪均是导致不良婚姻质量的独立危险因素,应及时关注缺乏伴侣支持,存在抑郁的围产期女性,及时为她们提供心理指导,避免不良结局的发生。Objective To analyze the relationship between the status of depression in perinatal women and marital quality.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,273 perinatal women were selected as respondents,and they were divided into control group and observation group based on the report of depression.The relationship between depression of perinatal women and marital quality,and the mediating role of partner support were analyzed.Results The proportions of accidental conception,accidental abortion,severe morning sickness,parenting stress,maternal and fetal attachment,poor marriage quality,no partner support,and unaccompanied family were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).With the depression status as the dependent variable,and significant factors in the univariate analysis(P<0.05)as the independent variables,multivariate stepwise regression showed that accidental conception,accidental abortion,severe morning sickness,parenting stress,maternal and fetal attachment,poor marital quality,no partner support,and unaccompanied family were independent risk factors for the occurrence of depression in perinatal women and affecting the quality of marriage(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of depression in perinatal women is closely related to marriage quality and partner support.Depression is an independent risk factor leading to bad marriage quality.We should pay timely attention to the lack of partner support and depression,and timely provide psychological guidance to avoid the occurrence of adverse outcomes.
