西安市新城区50岁及以上人群带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析西安市新城区50岁及以上人群带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿及相关因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法抽取2024年4—6月西安市新城区50岁及以上人群开展问卷调查。采用Logistic回归模型分析西安市新城区50岁及以上人群带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿的影响因素。结果1004名调查对象中,423人有带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿,疫苗接种意愿率为42.13%(423/1004)。年龄、学历、有带状疱疹患病史、亲朋好友有人患带状疱疹、听说过带状疱疹疫苗、认为疫苗可预防带状疱疹是西安市新城区50岁及以上人群带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论西安市新城区50岁及以上人群带状疱疹疫苗接种意愿较低,其主要影响因素包括年龄、学历、有带状疱疹患病史、亲朋好友有人患带状疱疹、听说过带状疱疹疫苗、认为疫苗可预防带状疱疹。Objective To analyze the willingness and related factors of herpes zoster vaccination among people aged 50 years and above in Xincheng District of Xi′an City.Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the population aged 50 and above in Xincheng District of Xi′an City from April to June 2024.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of herpes zoster vaccination intention in people aged 50 years and above in Xincheng District of Xi′an City.Results Among 1004 subjects,423 were willing to receive herpes zoster vaccine.The willingness rate for vaccination was 42.13%(423/1004).Age,education background,history of shingles disease,relatives and friends with shingles disease,having heard of shingles vaccine,and thinking that shingles vaccine can prevent shingles were the main influencing factors of shingles vaccination intention among people aged 50 and above in Xincheng District of Xi′an City(P<0.05).Conclusion The population aged 50 years and above in Xincheng District of Xi′an City had a low willingness to vaccinate against shingles.The main influencing factors included age,education background,history of shingles disease,relatives and friends with shingles disease,having heard of shingles vaccine,and thinking that shingles vaccine can prevent shingles.
