静脉血栓栓塞症防治体系建立与初步效果评价

摘　　要：本文以广西某三甲医院为例,以《静脉血栓栓塞症防治中心建设标准及评分细则》为依据,通过构建静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)防治管理体系及预防指标情况、院内静脉血栓发生情况和VTE相关病死率等指标,初步研究与评价实施效果。结果显示,院内VTE初始风险评估率、出血风险评估率和中高危风险患者预防措施实施率等预防性指标显著提高;2019至2022年院内VTE发生率分别为0.078%、0.068%、0.037%、0.041%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而VTE相关病死率比较差异无统计学意义。提示院内防治体系建设获得一定的实效,仍需进一步加强院内静脉血栓防治能力建设。This paper took a tertiary hospital in Guangxi as example,and based on the Venous Thromboembolism Prevention and Control Center Construction Standards and Scoring Rules,through the construction of venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention and control management system and prevention indicators,preliminary research and evaluation of implementation effectiveness would be conducted based on prevention indicators,incidence of in-hospital venous thrombosis and VTE related mortality rates.The results showed that the initial risk assessment rate,bleeding risk assessment rate and implementation rate of preventive measures for patients with medium to high risk of VTE in the hospital had significantly improved;the incidence of VTE in the hospital from 2019 to 2022 were 0.078%,0.068%,0.037%and 0.041%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in VTE related mortality.The construction of the-hospital prevention and treatment system has achieved certain results,but it is still necessary to further strengthen the capacity building for the prevention and treatment of venous thromb in the hospital.
