摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能和平衡功能的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2022年12月钟山人民医院收治的50例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组行常规的运动康复、生活康复传统康复训练,观察组应用针灸配合悬吊训练。比较两组粗大运动功、平衡功能[Berg平衡功能量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)]、生命质量情况。结果治疗后,观察组D、E区评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组BBS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合悬吊训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿恢复效果显著,可改善粗大运动功能情况与平衡功能,有利于提高患儿生命质量与恢复质量,具有确切的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with suspension training on gross motor function and balance function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 50 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Zhongshan People's Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment plans,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine physical therapy and occupational therapy traditional rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with suspension training.The gross motor function,balance function(Berg balance scale[BBS])and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the D and E scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BBS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with suspension training has a significant recovery effect on children with spastic cerebral palsy,which can improve gross motor function and balance function,and is conducive to improving the quality of life and recovery of children,it has definite application value.
