云南白药气雾剂联合水胶体敷料治疗皮下注射低分子肝素钙所致淤青疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察云南白药气雾剂联合水胶体敷料治疗皮下注射低分子肝素钙所致淤青疼痛的效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月赣南医科大学第一附属医院收治的90例皮下注射低分子肝素钙所致淤青疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为A组、B组与C组,每组30例。A组采用云南白药气雾剂治疗,B组采用水胶体敷料治疗,C组采用云南白药气雾剂联合水胶体敷料治疗。比较3组疼痛程度、淤青面积、淤青消退时间及治疗满意度。结果干预3 d,B组、C组文字描述评定法(verbal descriptors scale,VDS)评分均低于干预前、干预1 d,3组淤青面积均小于干预前、干预1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3 d,B组、C组VDS评分均低于A组,淤青面积均小于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组淤青消退时间短于B组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组淤青消退时间比较差异无统计学意义。C组患者满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。结论云南白药气雾剂联合水胶体敷料治疗皮下注射低分子肝素钙所致淤青疼痛可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,缩小淤青面积,缩短淤青消退时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of bruising pain caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium.Methods 90 patients with bruising pain caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the group A,group B and the group C according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol,the group B was treated with hydrocolloid dressing,and the group C was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with hydrocolloid dressing.The degree of pain,bruising area,bruising regression time and treatment satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results On the 3 d of intervention,the verbal descriptors scale(VDS)scores in the group B and group C were lower than those before intervention and on the 1 d of intervention,and the bruising areas of the three groups were smaller than those before intervention and on the 1 d of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);on the 3 d of intervention,the VDS scores in the group B and the group C were lower than those in the group A,and the bruising area was smaller than that in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bruising regression time in the group C was shorter than that in the group B and the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the bruising regression time between the group A and the group B.The treatment satisfaction in the group C was higher than that in the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of patients with bruising pain caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin ca
