摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭作为各类心系疾病的终末阶段,具有极高的临床研究价值。本文旨在基于心脾相关理论,深入探讨慢性心力衰竭的中医辨治研究。慢性心力衰竭的病机演变极为复杂,然而脾气亏虚作为一个关键因素,自始至终贯穿于疾病进程。因此,“从脾治心”对于改善心力衰竭患者的预后、延缓病程进展具有重要意义。Chronic heart failure,as the terminal stage of various heart-related diseases,has extremely high clinical research value.This paper deeply explored the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure based on the theory of heart-spleen correlation.The pathogenesis evolution of chronic heart failure is extremely complex.However,deficiency of spleen Qi,as a key factor,runs through the entire disease process.Therefore,treating heart-related diseases from the perspective of the spleen is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients with heart failure and delaying the progression of the disease.
