摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见疾病,导引功法因其简便易行、绿色安全的特点而被广泛应用于本病的临床治疗。为进一步了解不同导引功法对本病起治疗作用的理论联系,笔者查阅相关机制与临床研究的文献,发现治疗过程中均体现着“筋骨平衡论”的学术理论。故本文将对“筋骨平衡论”进行概述:“筋骨平衡”是腰椎正常生理状态,“筋骨失衡”是LDH发生的关键病机,“筋骨并治”是本病的重要治则。并对其在导引功法治疗LDH中的应用进行分析探讨。Lumbar disc herniation is a common clinical disease.Daoyin exercises,being simple,green,and safe,have been widely used in the clinical treatment of this disease.To further understand the theoretical relationship between different Daoyin exercises in the treatment of this disease,we reviewed the relevant articles about the mechanism and clinical research and found that theacademic theory of sinew and bone balance was reflected in the treatment process. Therefore, thisarticle provides an overview of the theory of sinew and bone balance. Sinew and bone balance isthe normal physiological state of the lumbar spine. The imbalance between sinew and bone is thekey pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation, the treatment of which should follow the principle ofcombined treatment of sinew and bone. Furthermore, this article discusses the application of thistheory in the treatment on lumbar disc herniation by Daoyin exercises.
