摘　　要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NA-AION)是一类因视神经发生急性循环障碍导致视神经功能损害的疾病,具有发病急、病情复杂、病程长、预后差等特点。NA-AION的中医治疗一直是中医领域的研究热点,本文从升清降浊理论分析本病病因病机及治疗原则,为中医药治疗本病提供新思路。Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NA-AION)is a type of disease in which the optic nerve experiences an acute circulatory disorder,leading to damage to its function.It has the characteristics of sudden onset,complex condition,long course,and poor prognosis.The treatment of NA-AION with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has always been a research hotspot in the field of TCM.This paper analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of NA-AION according to the theory of elevating clear Qi and lowering turbid Qi,providing a new perspective for the treatment of this disease with TCM.
