摘　　要：天麻方是上海市名中医彭培初教授的经验方,该方组成为天麻、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、附子、肉桂、制大黄等。常用于治疗高血压病、慢性肾脏病、前列腺疾病等,具有温肾培元、利湿化浊的作用。本文记录彭老治疗糖尿病肾病的病案一则。Gastrodia Prescription is an empirical formula of Professor Peng Peichu,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shanghai.It is composed of Gastrodia elata,Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Phellodendron amurense,Aconitum carmichaeli,Cinnamomum cassia,processed Rheum officinale,etc.This prescription is often used for the treatment of hypertension,chronic kidney disease,and prostate diseases and has the effects of warming the kidney,strengthening the primordial Qi,eliminating dampness,and resolving turbidity.This paper analyzed a medical record of Professor Peng’s treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Gastrodia Prescription.
