基于CiteSpace对补肾活血汤的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 使用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,以分析补肾活血汤的临床及科研研究热点。方法 检索中国知网近20年公开发表的补肾活血汤相关性文献,使用CiteSpace 6.3.R1对其发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选共纳入相关文献2 341篇,近20年发文量整体呈上升趋势;发文量最多的期刊、作者及机构分别为《新中医》、冯晓玲和湖南中医药大学;补肾活血汤研究热点集中在骨质疏松、骨关节炎、不孕症、卵巢早衰等疾病的临床观察或动物实验上。结论 肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松的临床疗效观察是目前补肾活血汤的研究热点,未来可加强基于数据挖掘、分子对接和网络药理学层面分析补肾活血汤药用机制研究的探索,为其临床应用提供更坚实的理论依据。Objective To analyze the clinical and scientific research hotspots of Bushen Huoxue Decoction based on CiteSpace.Methods The publicly available articles related to Bushen Huoxue Decoction that were published in the past 20 years were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used for visual analysis of the number of publications,authors,publications were Journal of New Chinese Medicine , Feng Xiaoling, and Hunan University of ChineseMedicine, respectively. The hotspots of research on Bushen Huoxue Decoction focused on the clinicalobservation and animal experiments of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, infertility, and premature ovarianfailure. Conclusion The clinical efficacy on osteoporosis with the syndrome of kidney deficiencyand blood stasis is the current research hotspot of Bushen Huoxue Decoction. In the future, researchcan be conducted to explore the treatment mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction based on datamining, molecular docking, and network pharmacology, so as to provide a more solid theoretical basisfor the clinical application of this decoction.
