中医药治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的研究进展

摘　　要：后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)为临床常见的眩晕类型,随着病程的进展可引起缺血性脑卒中这一严重后果,不仅影响患者的生活质量,还造成了经济负担,目前临床上治疗PCIV的远期疗效不佳。中医药作为我国的传统医药,近年来在治疗PCIV上取得了很大的成果,具有良好的疗效及确切的证据。在此,笔者通过检索2019—2024年中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网、维普、PubMed等中英文数据库中的文献,就中医药治疗PCIV的国内外研究现状进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)is a common type of vertigo in clinical practice.As the disease progresses,ischemic stroke can be a serious consequence.It not only affects the quality of life of the patient but also creates an economic burden.At present,the longterm curative effect of PCIV is not good in the clinical practice.As the traditional medicine in China,traditional Chinese medicine has made great achievements in treating PCIV in recent years,with good curative effects and definite evidence.This paper retrieved related articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Med Online,VIP,and PubMed,covering the period from 2019 to 2024,to analyze the research progress in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of PCIV.The aim is to provide new insights and strategies for the clinical management of PCIV.
