中医手法联合其他外治法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的研究进展

摘　　要：陈旧性踝关节扭伤是急性踝关节扭伤后失治、误治导致的疾病,表现为关节扭伤迁延不愈、踝部反复肿胀疼痛、关节活动受限等症状。陈旧性踝关节扭伤的治疗在于改善踝关节的临床症状,避免扭伤复发,预防骨性关节炎等后遗症。中医外治法具有独特优势,其操作便捷,不良反应小。其中手法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤最为常见,可起到理气活血、理筋整复的作用,临床疗效确切,应用广泛。本文检索万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网、维普数据库2013年1月—2024年3月期间中医外治法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的相关研究文献进行综述,发现手法结合的治疗类型众多,主要包括手法联合针灸、手法联合针刀、手法联合中药熏洗、手法联合中药外敷等。通过分析近几年国内外相关文献,总结中医手法联合其他外治法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的治疗方案和研究进展,以期为陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床治疗提供参考。Old ankle sprains,a disease caused by missed treatment or mistreatment after acute ankle sprains,are manifested as lingering joint sprains,repeated swelling and pain of the ankle,limited joint movement and other symptoms.The treatment of old ankle sprains mainly focuses on alleviating the clinical symptoms of ankle joints,avoiding sprain recurrence,and preventing sequelae such as osteoarthritis.External therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are praised for the simple operation and mild adverse reactions.Among them,TCM manipulation is the most common,with the effects of regulating qi movement,activating blood,and repairing tendons,demonstrating definite clinical effects and wide applications.In this paper,Wanfang Data,CNKI,and VIP were searched for the research reports on TCM therapies for old ankle sprains that were published from January 2013 to March 2024.The review showed that TCM manipulation was often combined with other external therapies such as acupuncture and moxibustion,acupotomy,herbal fumigation,and external application of Chinese medicine.By reviewing the relevant research reports published in recent years,this paper summarizes the therapeutic schemes and research progress in TCM manipulation combined with external therapies for old ankle sprains,aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of old ankle sprains.
