摘　　要：在西学东渐的时代背景下,社会动荡不安,国内还掀起了废止中医论的思潮,中医的传承与发展面临危险困境。刘冕堂是近代辽沈地区著名医家,于中医传承艰难之际毅然投身于中医教育与中医传播。为实现“复兴国医”的目标,他办学办刊以传承兴医,编订讲义以著书育人,理法中西以与时俱进,将中西医汇通的理念融于中医知识体系与课程建设之中,在振兴中医的过程中取得了令人瞩目的医学成就。刘氏为辽派中医的传承与发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,其医学成就值得赞扬与铭记。In the context of the era of Western learning to the East,the society is in turmoil,and the trend of abolition of traditional Chinese medicine has also been set off in China,and the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine are facing a dangerous dilemma.LIU Miantang is a famous physician in the Liaoshen region in modern times,who resolutely devoted himself to the education and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine at a time when the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine was difficult.In order to achieve the goal of“reviving traditional Chinese medicine”,he ran a school and a journal to inherit and revitalize medicine,compiled lecture notes to educate people by writing books,and kept pace with the times,integrating the concept of integrating Chinese and Western medicine into the knowledge system and curriculum construction of Chinese medicine,and made remarkable medical achievements in the process of revitalizing Chinese medicine.LIU has made indelible contributions to the inheritance and development of Liao school of Chinese medicine,which is worthy of our praise and memory.
