基于MAPKs通路探究中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)作为一种常见且复杂的脊柱健康问题,众多研究表明,丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路在LDH发病过程中起到了重要的作用,其激活涉及复杂的激酶级联反应,与细胞因子和应激信号密切相关。中医药对LDH的认识和治疗,有明显优势,目前单味药、中药复方以及中医外治法中西医结合治法等不同形式的治疗手段均在治疗LDH方面表现出了显著的疗效。文章通过论述MAPKs信号通路的基本特点、MAPKs信号通路与LDH的联系、中医对LDH的认识以及搜集近十年关于MAPK信号通路中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行总结,详细叙述基于MAPK通路治疗LDH作用及机制,为LDH治疗提供方向和依据。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH),as a common and complex spinal health problem,numerous studies have shown that the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of LDH,and that its activation involves a complex cascade of kinase reactions that are closely related to cytokines and stress signals.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has obvious advantages in the understanding and treatment of LDH,and different forms of therapies such as single-pharmaceuticals,TCM compounding,and external TCM treatments combining TCM and Western medicine have all demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of LDH at present.By discussing the basic features of MAPKs signaling pathway,the connection between MAPKs signaling pathway and LDH,the understanding of LDH in TCM,and the collection of summaries of TCM treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on MAPK signaling pathway in the last decade,the article describes in detail the role and mechanism of LDH treatment based on MAPK pathway and provides the direction and basis of the treatment of LDH.
