摘  要:LDD型圆盘污泥干化技术是一种技术可靠、安全稳定、能耗较低、效率高的污泥干化技术。在垃圾焚烧发电厂、燃煤电厂等现场采用“LDD型污泥干化技术+干污泥掺烧发电”的工艺路线,利用电厂蒸汽热源,将污泥的含水率降低至30%—40%,与燃煤或垃圾掺混后送入发电机组锅炉进行焚烧,污泥干化过程中产生的废气直接作为焚烧炉送风进入炉膛焚烧,可以避免污泥二次污染的产生,从而实现污泥的彻底处理处置。这样既可以降低运行处置成本,又能实现资源的综合利用,响应国家节能减排,低碳排放的要求。应用案例显示,广州华润热电厂100t/d湿污泥干化处置项目,投运后节能效果显著,运行稳定,设备维护工作量小,该技术具备显著的环保、节能、减排、减碳效益。LDD style disc dryer for drying sludge is a reliable,safety and stable technology with low energy consumption and high efficiency.At sites such as waste-to-energy plants and coal-fired power plants,the process route of"LDD sludge drying technology+dry sludge blending and burning for power generation"is adopted,and the steam heat source of the power plant is used to reduce the moisture content of the sludge to 30%~40%.After being mixed with coal or garbage,the mixture are sent to the generator boiler for incineration.The waste gas generated during the sludge drying process is directly used as the air supply of the incinerator and enters the furnace for incineration,which can avoid the generation of secondary pollution of sludge and achieve the purpose of sludge dehydration.Dispose of thoroughly,it can not only reduce operation and disposal costs,achieve comprehensive utilization of resources,and respond to national energy conservation,emission reduction,and low-carbon emission requirements.Application cases show that the 10ot/d wet sludge drying and disposal project of Guangzhou China Resources Thermal Power Plant achieved remarkable energy-saving effects after being put into operation,with stable operation and low equipment maintenance workload.This technology has significant environmental protection,energy saving,emission reduction and carbon reduction benefits.
