摘 要:针对石油石化污染场地生物修复技术发展过程中面临的问题,对比分析了23个发表年份、4种技术类型、3个研究阶段、9个研究领域、2种场地类型的文献出版趋势,借助CiteSpace软件可视化分析了关键词共现与聚类、关键词时间线分布等情况。结果表明,生物修复技术应用研究发展可以分为4个阶段:萌芽生长阶段(2009年以前);以重金属、石油碳氢化合物、多环芳烃研究为重点的爆发增长阶段(2009—2012年);以植物修复与微生物修复为主要方向的快速发展阶段(2013—2020年)和研究层次不断深入的繁荣发展阶段(2020年至今)。生物修复应用研究文献涉及最多的2个领域是“生态环境科学”(21%)和“公共环境及职业健康”(16%);“生物修复应用”文献比例高于“生物修复研究”(51.2%>43.9%),但是“生物修复中试”文献比例相对较低(4.9%),理论研究为应用研究打下基础。生物修复技术主要应用在石油石化等有机污染土壤修复中,以重金属、难降解有机物(如多环芳烃)和原油为主要特征污染物,以生物表面活性剂为关键助剂,常见生物修复技术中“植物修复”文献比例明显多于“微生物修复”(26.9%>19.8%)。In order to clarify the development trend and challenges of bioremediation technologies for petroleum and petrochemical contaminated sites,the publication trends of 23 publication years,4 technology types,3 research phases,9 research fields,and 2 site types were comparatively analysed based on the means of literature statistics,and keywords co-occurrence and clustering,and keyword timeline distribution were visualised and analysed with the help of CiteSpace software.The results show that the development of bioremediation technology application research can be divided into four stages:the budding growth stage(before 2009),the explosive growth stage focusing on the research of heavy metals,petroleum hydrocarbons,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(2009-2012),the rapid development stage focusing on phytoremediation and microbial remediation(2013-2020),and the research-level deepening(2020-present).The two fields with the largest number of bioremediation applications are“ecological and environmental sciences”(21%)and“public environment and occupational health”(16%);the proportion of“bioremediation applications”literature is higher than that of“bioremediation applications”literature.The proportion of literature on“bioremediation application”is higher than that on“bioremediation research”(51.2%>43.9%),but the proportion of literature on“bioremediation pilot test”is relatively low(4.9%),so the theoretical research lays the foundation for the applied research.Bioremediation technology is mainly applied in the remediation of petroleum and petrochemical organic contaminated soil,with heavy metals,difficult to degrade organic matter(such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)and crude oil as the main characteristic pollutants,and biosurfactants as the key additives,and the proportion of literature on“phytoremediation”in common bioremediation technologies is significantly higher than that on“microbial remediation”(26.2%>43.9%).“Microbial remediation”(26.9%>19.8%).The results of this pap
