摘 要:搭建以R410A为制冷剂的2 kW蒸气压缩式冷库系统实验测试平台,开展了制冷剂充注量、压缩机转速、膨胀阀开度变化下系统的变工况动态特性研究,并确定系统运行时最大制冷量的对应工况.实验结果表明:在相同制冷剂充注量下,系统的制冷量和压缩机功率随压缩机转速和膨胀阀开度的增大而增大,COP相应降低;但同一工况下,制冷量在制冷剂充注量为2.0 kg时取得最大值,并没有随制冷剂充注量的增加而增大.A platform of 2 kW refrigerated warehouse system based on the vapor compression refrigeration technology with the refrigerant of R410A was designed and built in this study.The dynamic characteristics of the system under variable working conditions were studied under the changes of refrigerant charge,compressor speed and expansion valve opening,and the corresponding working conditions of the maximum cooling output during system operation were determined.The experimental results show that under the same refrigerant charge,the cooling output and compressor power of the system increase with the increase of compressor speed and expansion valve opening,and the COP decreases accordingly.However,under the same working condition,the cooling output reach the maximum when the refrigerant charge is 2.0 kg,and does not increase with the increase of refrigerant charge.
