摘 要:对光伏变频压缩式片冰机系统在太阳能辐照变化工况下开展压缩机变频及膨胀阀开度的实验研究,得到蒸发温度、制冷量和制冰量之间的耦合关系,有效提升了光伏片冰机稳定的性能.研究表明,太阳能驱动下变频压缩式光伏片冰机相比定频片冰机的工作时间提高了100%,制冰量提高了72.1%,能效比(EER)提升了14.7%,太阳能有效利用率提升了92.5%.The ice-making efficiency of photovoltaic flake ice machines depends on solar radiation,evaporation temperature,and structural parameters of the ice machine.Research and optimization of these related parameters are critical for the stable operation of photovoltaic ice machines.This paper conducts experimental research on a photovoltaic variable frequency compression-type flake ice machine system under varying solar radiation conditions,involving variable frequency compressor,changing ice blade cycle,and expansion valve opening.The coupling relationships between evaporation temperature,cooling capacity,and ice-making capacity were obtained,effectively enhancing the stable performance of the photovoltaic flake ice machine.The study shows that under photovoltaic drive,the working time of the photovoltaic variable frequency flake ice machine is increased by 100%,the ice-making capacity is increased by 72.1%,the energy efficiency ratio(EER)is improved by 14.7%,and the effective utilization rate of solar energy is increased by 92.5%.
