数据中心背板空调的工作性能模拟及优化

摘  要:以某数据中心为对象,利用CFD软件建立机房的物理模型,并分别采用封闭冷通道和使用背板空调两种冷却方式,通过对比两种冷却方式的优缺点发现封闭冷通道可以改善机房中存在的冷热空气混杂、局部热点等问题。在机柜负载过大时,采用背板冷却形式,可以明显提高机房的冷却效果;当制冷剂流量、充液率、室内温度场等因素改变,会对背板空调的冷却效果有影响;以单个背板机柜为研究对象,对背板无法充分冷却时进行模拟,发现通过调整风机流量,可以在无法充分冷却时,改善背板空调的工作效果,为数据中心背板空调工作环境维护和安全保障提供了一种思路。A data center is analyzed,using CFD software to establish the physical model of the server room.The advantages and disadvantages of the enclosed cold aisle and the backplane air conditioner are comparatively analyzed.Results show that the enclosed cold aisle can improve the hot/cold air mixing and localized hotspots in the server room.When the cabinet is overloaded,the backplane cooling system exhibits significantly enhanced cooling performance;When the refrigerant flow rate,liquid filling rate,indoor temperature field and other factors change,it will affect the cooling efficiency of the backplane air conditioner;Focusing on individual backplane cabinets,the simulation is carried out when the backplane cannot be adequately cooled.Results show that by adjusting the airflow of the fan,the working effect of the backplane air conditioner can be improved when the cooling is not sufficient.These findings provide a way for maintaining optimal operating environments and ensuring safety of the backplane air conditioner in the data center.
