摘  要:无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统空鼓、脱落是近年来上海地区较多见的一种房屋安全风险现象。探索外保温系统修复方案是当前建筑行业面临的一项重要任务。菊园新区B10地块项目建成近十年后,2021年台风“烟花”导致外墙大面积脱落。在外墙外保温系统中,网格布一直以来都是以平铺方式加强保温材料的固定及防止外墙饰面层开裂。通过菊园项目外保温修缮实践,研究在尽量减少改造成本的同时对既有外墙无机保温砂浆进行加固的方法。以“S”型涂覆方式改变网格布传统的受力形式,并强化锚栓对网格布的锚固,突破性解决了无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统脱落问题。Inorganic insulation mortar is a common safety risk phenomenon of house in Shanghai in recent years.It is an important task to explore the restoration scheme of external insulation system for the current construction industry.Nearly ten years after the completion of the B10 project in Juyuan New District,typhoon“Fireworks”in 2021 caused a large scale detachment of exterior walls.In the external insulation system,the mesh cloth has always been tiled to strengthen the fixation of the insulation material and prevent the cracking of the exterior wall veneer layer.Through repairing the external insulation in Juyuan New District,the method of reinforcing existing exterior walls with inorganic insulation mortar is researched while minimizing renovation costs.The“S”type coating is utilized to change the traditional stress form of the mesh cloth,the anchoring of the anchor bolts to the mesh cloth is strengthened.A breakthrough solution has been achieved to the problem of detachment of the inorganic insulation mortar external wall insulation system.
