摘  要:采用蚯蚓、白符跳、大型溞、斑马鱼胚胎、黄瓜、玉米以及黑麦草种子共7种受试生物构建成组生物毒性测试系统,在修复达标场地采集不同修复方法对应的土壤,并开展成组生物毒性测试。结果显示所有土壤均无栖息地功能生态毒性,但部分土壤具有滞留功能生态毒性。修复达标土壤虽然符合人体健康风险的管理要求,但仍可能存在生态风险,需关注该部分土壤在特定情景下的使用情形。A group biotoxicity test system was constructed using seven test organisms,including Eisenia foetida,Folsomia candida,Daphnia magna,Danio rerio,Cucumis sativus seeds,Zea mays seeds,and Lolium perenne L.seeds.And group biotoxicity tests were carried out.Soil samples were sampled from remediated site,which were handled by different remediation methods.The results showed that all soils had no ecological toxicity of habitat function,but there was ecological toxicity of soil retention function.Although the remediated soil meets the management requirements of human health risks,there is still the possibility of soil ecotoxicity,and attention should be paid to the use of this part of the soil under specific scenarios.
