摘　　要：中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区喀什片区自成立以来,喀什凭借其作为“一带一路”核心枢纽的区位优势,进一步凸显了其在国际经济合作中的重要地位。喀什企业借助自贸区政策获得了更广阔的国际市场和国际合作机遇,但同时也面临着日益复杂多样的语言环境。当前,喀什企业在跨境语言沟通、多语种资源整合以及跨文化适应等方面存在明显短板,制约了企业的国际化发展。为应对这一挑战,文章从政企协同、产教融合、技术赋能等角度出发,具体探讨系统化的语言服务体系构建,以提升喀什“走出去”企业的语言服务能力,支撑喀什自贸试验区开放型经济的高质量发展。Since the establishment of Xinjiang Pilot FTZ,Kashgar has further highlighted its important position in international economic cooperation by virtue of its regional advantage as the hub of the“Belt and Road”.Under FTZ policy,Kashgar enterprises have gained broader access to international markets and opportunities for international cooperation,but at the same time,they are also facing an increasingly complex and diverse language environment.At present,Kashgar enterprises have difficulties in cross-border language communication,multilingual resource integration and cross-cultural adaptation,which constraint the internationalization of enterprises.To address these challenges,this article proposes the construction of a systematic language service system from the perspectives of government-enterprise collaboration,industry-education integration and technological empowerment,in an effort to enhance the language service capabilities of“going global”enterprises and support the high-quality development of open economy in Kashgar FTZ.
