宁夏低空经济发展策略与实践路径

摘　　要：自2009年低空经济概念首次提出以来,我国低空经济产业迅速发展,宁夏亦在通用航空领域展开探索,经历从初步探索到应用实践的发展过程。文章总结了宁夏低空经济的七个发展阶段,分析了宁夏低空经济企业现状,进而总结出宁夏低空经济发展面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上,从加强政策法规体系的顶层设计、完善基础设施建设、拓展应用场景、构建产业生态系统等方面提出了宁夏低空经济的发展策略与实践路径。Since its first proposal in 2009,China's low altitude economy has been booming.Against this backdrop,Ningxia has been exploring general aviation,experiencing a process from preliminary exploration to practical application.Accordingly,the article summarizes the seven stages of Ningxia's low altitude economy,examines the current status of low altitude economy enterprises,and then elaborates on the opportunities and challenges encountered.On this basis,the development strategies and paths are proposed in terms of strengthening top-level design of policy and regulations,improving infrastructure,expanding application scenarios and building an industrial ecosystem.
