摘　　要：黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展是党中央立足中华民族和中华文明永续发展高度作出的重大战略决策。作为黄河流域的重要省份,河南在该战略背景下既面临重大发展机遇,也面临诸多挑战。文章探讨了生态保护与高质量发展之间的内在联系,明确了两者相互促进、协同共进的逻辑基础。在此基础上,文章深入分析了河南区域经济发展现状,揭示了其在生态保护、产业转型、空间布局等方面存在的生态保护压力较大、产业结构不合理、区域发展不平衡等问题与困境。针对上述问题,文章从产业协同、空间布局优化、科技创新驱动等关键领域提出了区域经济协调发展策略,旨在促进河南在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略背景下实现经济和社会的全面、协调、可持续发展。Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin are major strategic decisions made by the CPC Central Committee based on the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and civilization.As an important province in the Yellow River Basin,Henan faces both unprecedented opportunities and numerous challenges in this context.Therefore,it's necessary to explore the intrinsic connection between ecological protection and high-quality development,clarifying the logic of their mutual promotion and synergy.In light of this,the article examined the current status of regional economic development in Henan,revealed the dilemmas in ecological protection,industrial transformation,spatial layout,such as high ecological protection pressure,unreasonable industrial structure and unbalanced regional development.In response to the above issues,coordinated development strategies are put forward in terms of industrial synergy,spatial layout optimization,and technological innovation,aiming to promote comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable economic and social development of Henan Province.
