我国社会企业研究的演进历程与热点分析——基于中文核心期刊的知识图谱文献计量分析

摘　　要：社会企业作为非营利组织与企业组织的创造性结合,通过兼具社会性和商业性的运作模式,在实现自身持续发展的同时,支撑起社会目标的实现,并引起了学术界的广泛关注。文章基于文献计量与可视化分析方法,梳理了1994—2024年中国社会企业研究的演进脉络与热点趋势。研究结果显示,中国社会企业研究经历了从概念引入到实践探索再到政策驱动的演进历程,以社会企业、社会创业、资源拼凑等为核心研究热点,同时,乡村振兴、数字化转型等领域的研究呈现不断拓展的趋势。然而,当前研究仍存在不足,主要表现为研究机构间的合作有待加强,跨学科合作的广度和深度仍有待提升,且需要更加关注技术伦理与规模化发展的平衡。文章认为,未来应进一步深化跨学科合作,拓展研究领域,以促进社会企业生态系统的可持续发展。As a combination of non-profit organizations and corporate organizations,social enterprises support the achievement of social goals while maintaining their own sustainable development through a fusion of social and commercial operation models,and have attracted widespread attention from the academic community.In this context,this article summarizes the evolution and hot-spots of Chinese social enterprises research from 1994 to 2024 with the help of bibliometric and visual analysis methods.The research findings suggest that the social enterprises research has evolved from concept introduction to practical exploration to policy driven,with hot-spots such as social enterprises,social entrepreneurship,resource patching,while topics such as rural revitalization and digital transformation have also emerged.However,there are still deficiencies in current research,mainly manifested in the loose inter-institutional cooperation,the need to expand the breadth and depth of interdisciplinary cooperation,and the need to strike a balance between technology ethics and scale development.It's argued that in the future,interdisciplinary cooperation should be further deepened and research fields expanded to bolster the sustainable development of the social enterprise ecosystem.
