窗体结构对含PCB板及贯通线开孔腔体扰动特性研究

摘  要:PCB板是汽车电子系统的重要组成部分,内部窗体结构的存在将对通过开孔和线缆耦合进入屏蔽腔的能量产生扰动,对腔体屏蔽效能(SE)和微带线(MSL)上感应电流(Current)产生影响,而当前对此研究关注不够。在此背景下,文章通过建立含贯通线、内部带双介质PCB板及窗体结构的开孔腔体模型,以平面波做激励,利用有限元法聚焦不同开孔方向、多贯通线、MSL端接容性负载、对称电容/电感窗等多参数变化对屏蔽效能和感应电流的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)当电场的E垂直于开缝长边时,屏蔽效能和感应电流两线具有谐振对称性;当E垂直于开缝短边,两者不具有谐振对称性。存在贯通线并不总是会降低屏蔽效能、提高感应电流的情况。(2)MSL端接容性负载对电流影响不大。(3)当内置对称电容窗,窗间距d_(2)、窗与腔前壁距离d_(x)的单独变化,对第一谐振的影响不大,d_(2)单独增加,第二谐振右移且幅度增大,d_(x)单独增加,第二谐振右移但幅度减小;当内置对称电感窗,d_(x)单独增加,第一、二谐振均向左移,d_(1)单独增加,第二谐振左移,但对第一谐振的影响不大。PCB board is a vital component of automotive systems,and the internal window structures will cause disturbances to the energy entering the shielding cavity through openings and cable coupling,affecting the shielding effectiveness and the induced current on microstrip lines.However,current research on this topic is scant.In this context,the article establishes an open cavity model with thru-wires,dual dielectric PCB board,and window structure,with plane waves as excitation.The finite element method is used to study the effects of multiple parameter changes such as different opening directions,multiple thru-wires,MSL end connected capacitive loads,and symmetrical capacitor/inductive windows on shielding effectiveness and induced current.The research findings indicate that:(1)When the electric field E is perpendicular to the long side of the slit,the shielding effectiveness and induced current exhibit resonant symmetry;When E is perpendicular to the short edge of the slit,the two do not exhibit resonant symmetry.Moreover,thru-wires does not always reduce shielding effectiveness and increase induced current.(2)The capacitive load connected to MSL exerts little effect on the current.(3)When a symmetrical capacitor window is built in,the respective changes in the window spacing d_(2)and the distance between the window and the cavity front wall d_(x)exerts little effect on the first resonance.When d_(2)increases,the second resonance will shift to the right and increase in amplitude.When d_(x)increases,the second resonance will shift to the right but decrease in amplitude;When a symmetrical inductive window is built in and d_(x)increases,both the first and second resonances shift to the left.When d_(1)increases,the second resonance shifts to the left,but it has little effect on the first resonance.
