摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作和民族地区各项工作的主线,南疆农村受经济文化发展水平、宗教文化等因素的影响,决定其在民族工作和民族地区各项工作中具有重要的特殊性。进入新时代以来,南疆农村铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作虽然取得了一定的成效,但也存在着民族工作实效性不佳、宣传教育力度不够、人才队伍建设不完善等诸多挑战,仍需要从坚持党的全面领导、加大宣传教育力度、建强人才队伍等方面着手,不断铸牢南疆农村各族群众的中华民族共同体意识。The consolidation of the sense of common community among all ethnic groups is the main line of the Party's ethnic work and the work of ethnic areas in the new era.The rural areas of southern Xinjiang are influenced by economic and cultural development levels,religious culture,etc.,which determines their special importance in ethnic work and the work of ethnic areas.Since the new era,the work of consolidating the sense of common community among all ethnic groups in rural southern Xinjiang has achieved certain results,but there are also many challenges such as poor effectiveness of ethnic work,insufficient publicity and education efforts,and imperfect talent team construction.It still needs to start from adhering to the Party's comprehensive leadership,increasing propaganda and education efforts,and building a strong talent team to continuously consolidate the sense of common community among all ethnic groups in rural southern Xinjiang.
