农村基层党建引领乡村振兴的路径研究——以陕西省H县为例

摘　　要：农村基层党建是实施脱贫攻坚的重要引领力量,是实现乡村振兴的重要依靠。通过调查研究陕西省H县农村基层党建引领乡村振兴的实践情况,旨在为基层党组织在乡村振兴中更好地发挥引领作用提供理论依据和实践指导。通过实地考察和村委访谈,研究发现一些基层党组织存在组织架构薄弱、队伍素质不高、保障机制匮乏等问题。研究结果表明,为更好地发挥农村基层党建对乡村振兴的引领作用,需着力加强基层党组织的组织体系构建、优化人才队伍建设路径,并建立健全保障与监督机制。Rural grassroots party building is an important leading force in implementing poverty alleviation and an important reliance for achieving rural revitalization.Through investigation and research on the practice of rural grassroots party building in leading rural revitalization in H County,Shaanxi Province,the purpose is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for grassroots party organizations to better play their leading role in rural revitalization.Through on-site inspections and village committee interviews,the research found that some grassroots party organizations have problems such as weak organizational structures,low team quality,and lack of guarantee mechanisms.The research results show that in order to better play the leading role of rural grassroots party building in rural revitalization,efforts need to be made to strengthen the organizational system construction of grassroots party organizations,optimize the talent team construction path,and establish and improve guarantee and supervision mechanisms.
