摘　　要：民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。为解决农村人口外流、生态环境恶化、产业空心化等问题,促进农民增收、振兴农村经济,实现农村经济可持续发展,改善农民生活,扶持农村自主创业,相关部门采取一系列政策措施,大力支持农村创业发展、助力乡村振兴战略实施。该文通过分析农村创业发展支持政策的演进历史,发掘农村创业政策演进的历史特点,重点研究新农村建设时期我国农村创业发展的政策支持以及农村创业发展面临的机遇和挑战,探索农村创业发展路径,以期为推动农村创业发展提供理论支持和实践指导。If the nation is to rejuvenate,the countryside should be revitalized.In order to solve problems such as rural population outflow,ecological environment deterioration,and industrial hollowing out,promote farmers'income increase,revitalize the rural economy,achieve sustainable development of the rural economy,improve farmers'lives,and support rural independent entrepreneurship,relevant departments have adopted a series of policies and measures to vigorously support the development of rural entrepreneurship and assist the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.This paper analyzes the evolution history of rural entrepreneurship development support policies,explores the historical characteristics of the evolution of rural entrepreneurship policies,focuses on the policy support for rural entrepreneurship development in China during the new rural construction period and the opportunities and challenges faced by rural entrepreneurship development,and explores the development path of rural entrepreneurship,with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the development of rural entrepreneurship.
