共同富裕目标下乡村旅游融合性发展赋能乡村振兴的内涵、机理与路径研究

摘　　要：共同富裕是乡村振兴战略的目标指引、行动指南。乡村振兴是扎实推进共同富裕的重要保障和主要内容。在共同富裕目标下,乡村旅游融合性发展赋能乡村振兴要实现全体农民共享发展成果、推进物质生活和精神生活的全面发展、依靠农村内部和外部的合力推动,其作用机理主要表现为乡村旅游融合性发展通过规模、互补性、可持续性、内生性、嵌入性、增权和网络7个方面关键要素对乡村振兴任务的5个要求进行有效响应。在新时代新征程中,要从制度建设、融资渠道、人才供给和数字赋能等路径在推进共同富裕中不断激发乡村旅游融合性发展助力乡村振兴的持续动力。Common prosperity is the goal guidance and action guide of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural revitalization is an important guarantee and main content for solidly promoting common prosperity.Under the goal of common prosperity,the integrated development of rural tourism empowers rural revitalization to achieve the sharing of development results by all farmers,promote the comprehensive development of material and spiritual life,and rely on the joint efforts of internal and external rural areas.Its mechanism of action is mainly reflected in rural tourism.Integrated development effectively responds to the five requirements of the rural revitalization task through seven key elements:scale,complementarity,sustainability,endogenous nature,embeddedness,empowerment,and network.In the new era,we must continue to stimulate the continuous driving force of the integrated development of rural tourism to help rural revitalization while promoting common prosperity through institutional construction,financing channels,talent supply,and digital empowerment.
