袁隆平“八字箴言”融入涉农高校图书馆思政育人的价值与路径——以湖南农业大学为例

摘　　要：新时代,涉农高校图书馆面临着思政育人的困境。该文运用文献分析法和案例分析法,分析、阐述袁隆平院士成功的“八字箴言”引领涉农高校图书馆思政育人工作具有强化知识教育、弘扬实践精神、激发创新思维、把握时代机遇和促进全面发展等多重价值,并以湖南农业大学为例,提出将袁隆平院士成功的“八字箴言”融入到引领校园文化、阅读推广、农科专业及通识课程等思政育人的过程是实现涉农高校图书馆思政育人的有效路径。该研究旨在实践涉农高校图书馆思政育人创新,为培养更多优秀的农业科学人才提供借鉴和参考。In the new era,libraries of agriculture-related universities are facing the dilemma of ideological and political education.Using literature analysis and case analysis,this paper analyzes and expounds that Academician Yuan Longping's successful"eight-character motto"in leading the ideological and political education work of agriculture-related university libraries has multiple values such as strengthening knowledge education,promoting practical spirit,stimulating innovative thinking,seizing opportunities of the times and promoting comprehensive development.Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example,it is proposed to integrate the academician Yuan Longping's successful"eight-character motto"into leading campus culture,reading promotion,The process of ideological and political education such as agricultural majors and general education courses is an effective way to realize ideological and political education in agriculture-related university libraries.This research aims to practice the ideological and political education innovation of agriculture-related university libraries and provide reference for cultivating more outstanding agricultural science talents.
